don't ask me why the tv was on fox 12 tonight (it may have something to do with the weather...person), but i guess i was in the mood for flashy graphics and over-the-top sportscenter-type news tonight. in place of the usual meth watch segment or extension of an episode of cops was this doozy.
the national gay basketball association (yeah, it exists) is protesting nike's new basketball shoe campaign. the most "offensive, homophobic" ad of this series:



dear gay community (or the part of the gay community that would actually acknowledge this because they really don't have anything better to do),

pick your fights more carefully. move along.
