i work in the field most like to call "pediatrics". i tend to call it by its other name, "proof that humanity is about to collapse in on itself". anyway, another example of a kid putting himself in such a hole, he gives himself no chance whatsoever of finding a woman, having a family, buying a boat, then subsequently getting divorced and dying alone. he'll most likely skip everything and just die alone. or become famous.
